Copper is a very important metal raw material in the development of the national economy. With the rapid development of the national economy, copper ore resources are in short supply, and the development of high-impurity copper ore resources has been paid more and more attention.
In order to improve the recovery rate of high-impurity copper ore, most of the industrial production selects the flotation method to concentrate copper ore, and the method includes the following steps:
(1) Copper ore crushing and screening: The raw copper ore is crushed by a two-stage and one closed-circuit crushing process, and fine copper ore is obtained by screening after crushing.
(2) Copper ore grinding and grading: Use ball mills to grind fine copper ore. The particle size of the grinding product is 35-40 mesh. The ore that does not meet the standard is returned to the process for secondary grinding, and the grinding product that meets the standard is used After the hydrocyclone is classified, it enters the flotation stage.
(3) Flotation: add collector and foaming agent to the pulp, the collector uses kerosene or diesel oil, the dosage is 35~40g/t, and the foaming agent uses No. 2 flotation oil, the dosage is 6~10g/t t, after two times of roughing, two times of beneficiation and two times of sweeping, the copper concentrate is obtained.
